It's really hard to choose only 3 things that we liked about Atlantis Limousines. The responsiveness of Frank the owner and Jorge the driver was outstanding. I contacted Frank at the very last minute and he was willing to help me immediately. The value was great, allowing a great experience without breaking the bank. Jorge was punctual, communicated with me the whole night, VERY professional and cordial. I will absolutely use Atlantis Limousines again and I will recommend it to everyone!

Frank at Atlantis Limousines was great to work with for my wedding. He was always prompt to respond, answered all of my questions, and requests to have two different pick ups for the day of my wedding. Everything went smoothly and drivers were very professional, prompt, and accommodating! Thank you for making our wedding day stress free!

Needed a limo for a family night out going to South Beach. Frank with a ATLANTIS Limousines couldn’t have been any more helpful with the booking process. He was always able to answer any questions I had. On the actual night, Melissa was our driver. She, too, couldn’t have been any better. They were both as professional as they come. The car itself was exactly what we needed and there is nothing about this experience that I would have changed. On top of all of this, the price was right.

I hired Frank to drive my twin daughters (15) and their friends to dinner and around town afterwards (the Grove, Brickell & the Gables) and to drop them off again at home. Their experience was phenomenal, and Frank was very professional and right on time. I can't express just how much fun this limo drive around town was for them and their friends. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All our prices quoted have no additional fees, except tips. We offer discounts on multi hour (7 hours or more) service minimums. All are billing is automated using secure & confidential invoicing system. You can cancel for any reason, just give us at least 1 weeks notice before your event.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get as much information from them as possible, to put them in the right vehicle from our fleet. Then make sure they understand how to book, when they are ready - to guarantee the right vehicle is reserved for them on the correct date and time they need.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
College degree to run my business, defensive driving courses, and of course nationwide FBI background checked, registered Chauffeurs permit Broward County.
