Frank provided transportation for our group of 20 throughout our entire weekend in Miami at a fair price, all while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All our prices quoted have no additional fees, except tips. We offer discounts on multi hour (7 hours or more) service minimums. All are billing is automated using secure & confidential invoicing system.
You can cancel for any reason, just give us at least 1 weeks notice before your event.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get as much information from them as possible, to put them in the right vehicle from our fleet. Then make sure they understand how to book, when they are ready - to guarantee the right vehicle is reserved for them on the correct date and time they need.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
College degree to run my business, defensive driving courses, and of course nationwide FBI background checked, registered Chauffeurs permit Broward County.
