Horrible company I do not recommend them at all. For starters the groomer was an hour late coming to my home. When she got here I specifically told her twice what I wanted done to my precious precious dog and I even told her boss what I wanted done and her boss said she would tell her apparently that was not done. The woman who came I would not even call her a groomer I would call her a destroyer. When she took my dog she held him away from her he was trying to give her kisses and she held him as far away she didn't hold him close to her body that made me sick and I should have known not to trust her with My precious precious dog. I specifically explained everything to her and perfect English which I guess she did not understand cuz she was not an American and she had an accent she was Hispanic and I have nothing against Hispanic people because I have three children who are half Mexican. However I'm waiting to get my baby back an hour passes I'm thinking what's going on cuz every other groomer that has groomed him which there are two that I use they are done within an hour's time. Hour number two I'm thinking where is my baby she has not contacted me I'm very upset and being disabled I was not able to go outside to see if the van was even there I'm thinking she kidnapped my dog or she killed him and didn't want to tell me because I know certain groomers have murdered dogs in their care supposedly not meaning to but they have. So finally I'm able to contact her she just tells me that she's not done yet. 3 hours later I'm thinking she killed my dog seriously I'm panicking I'm crying I message her again did you kill my dog because I thought she honestly did or she left with him knowing that I'm unable to leave my home. She brings my precious precious baby back and she did the unthinkable. She did not give him the haircut I told her to. He looked like he was butchered his face look like my 3-year-old grandchild took scissors to my dog's face and just had fun with it his legs were half shaved half not his body was shaved and I did not want it shaved because of his health issues he cannot have his body shaved I told her I wanted it to slightly trimmed. I had to give her the money so she wouldn't call the cops on me and she refused to give me my change. She walked away in a pissy mood slamming my door. I do not know what her name was but she was very unprofessional and very uncaring. I ended up having to take my dog to the vet which cost me almost $300 because of what this groomer did to my dog. If you value your fur baby's life do not use this groomer they are horrible and obviously do not understand or listen to you. Since the groom my dog has not been the same and is currently on medication for what this groomer did.
