EXCEPTIONAL service provider. I have used multiple times for water damage detection, mitigation, and restoration work and each time I have been beyond pleased. Water damage is never a convenient time; however, vendor was responsive, eradicated further damage, worked exceptionally well with our insurance company to file the claims in the manor requested. Our insurance agent even commented on how much they appreciated the thoroughness and detailed reporting of Jonathan Smith at Restore X Pro throughout the entire process. Staff is professional, respectful of your belongings and space and we felt 100% comfortable releasing our home to them when we had to move out for a major copper pipe leak repair in two places on our first floor. They kept the work space neat at the end of each days work. At night when we came in to review progress, was never met with trash or debris everywhere. We appreciated them levelling our expectations on the repairs and restoration process, AND keeping us in the loop when we experienced a schedule delay due to availability of supplies. Jonathan Smith and his team are the absolute best and the best in the business and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. In both unfortunate water damage situations, Restore X Pro was the calm in the storm and exceeded expectations.

Greatest restoration company in South Florida. Restored my entire home and the owner Jonathan really did a lot out of the scope of work to help me take care of my mom while I was away. For example, my mother once needed groceries picked up on a late Saturday and she called and asked Jonathan and he did it with no hesitation. The owner had an eye for decor, so not only did they dry out my kitchen and the rest of my home, but I got a brand new kitchen and new flooring in the dining room. Very professional team. Excellent service and work.
