Karen answered my request for services within minutes of me sending it. After explaining what I needed to be done, she set up an appointment to come to my house the very same day, which was a Sunday. She was punctual, professional, walking me through the document I needed notarized, explaining anything I didn't understand. I'm most grateful for her responsiveness and urgency in getting this done.
