- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing your project, reviewing photos, and understanding exactly what you need. If necessary, we schedule an on-site evaluation. Next, we provide a clear estimate outlining the scope of work, labor costs, materials, and expected timeline. Once approved, we schedule the project and keep you informed throughout the process, including progress updates and photos when appropriate. Before completing the job, we review the finished work with you to make sure you're satisfied. Our goal is to build long-term relationships through reliable service, quality workmanship, and honest communication.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring over 20 years of hands-on experience in residential construction, carpentry, remodeling, and property maintenance. My professional experience includes finish carpentry, custom cabinetry, drywall installation and finishing, interior and exterior painting, flooring, door and window installation, fencing, and general home repairs. I've worked as a lead carpenter, independent subcontractor, and handyman, gaining extensive practical knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and problem-solving. My experience comes from years of working directly in the field and continuously improving my skills with new materials, tools, and installation methods.
