I have signed on to "You Buy We Manage" and I am looking forward to working with Benjamin to help me to manage my property. I believe that a propertymanagement firm with a lawyer/realtor (Ben) handling all aspects will give me peace of mind that my tenants will be in good hands and that my property will continue to look beautiful.

Benjamin Lipson has by far exceeded our expectations. He is very professional, always prompt with responding back and very happy to assist where needed. We are currently renovating a property while we live abroad. This property will eventually be a rental or holiday home. We are happy knowing Benjamin is handling our property and on top of everything making us feel stress free. We would highly recommend him to friends and family and will keep you posted at the end of the renovation.

Management fees depend on the property type, number of units, occupancy, condition, anticipated workload, association requirements, and scope of services. All services and fees are stated in the written property management agreement before management begins.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Icon Realty provides the property management agreement and onboarding documents. The owner supplies the applicable information for the lease, tenant, association, vendor, access, and banking information. Once the agreement is executed and the required information is received, the property is added to the management system and the transition begins.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Benjamin Lipson, founder of Icon Realty Management and Icon Realty Brokerage, is a licensed Florida real estate broker, community association manager, and attorney. Icon Realty provides property management and real estate brokerage services. Legal services are not offered or provided, and no attorney-client relationship is created.
