My service is FREE for buyers. All buyers must have a pre approval letter before we schedule tours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Buyers: All you have to do is call me, tell me what your looking for with price range and I will immediately email you a list of homes that match your criteria. If you like anything we will tour the property the next day, It's that simple. NOTE: Buyers must have a pre approval letter before viewing a home. Sellers: Call me and I'll come to your house and give you free home evaluation. NOTE: I do not take every listing. If you think your house is worth 500K when it's really worth 200K I wont be able to sell it.
