- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are no fees for our buyers. For sellers we offer a variety of options to market and sell a property. Typically we absorb all marketing costs and there are no upfront fees. When the property is sold there is a customary broker's commission. We offer discounts for certain type of transactions, so please contact us for more details. Bring a boutique privately held brokerage, we have more tools to market properties, and flexible commission structure to put the most money in our client's pocket.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to have a 5-10 minute conversation which can be over the phone or in person. When working with buyers its important to discuss their preferences, time frame, financial situation and objectives. When working with sellers we will provide a complementary market analysis on the property, and explain our marketing strategy to give the property maximum exposure.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified residential specialist, a designation held by less than 3% of Realtors nationwide. I have several degrees in business, marketing, and engineering. I've earn several "top-producer" awards, once beating out 1500 other agent for #1 in the company.
