- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in transparent pricing without any hidden fees. My objective is to provide exceptional results at a fair and reasonable cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial call that helps us determine where the client is at with there resume. Developing a roadmap of activities that will be performed with time line. 2. Second call where I will show the resume and cover letter if applicable to the client. On this call I collect feedback that will help me refine the resume even further. 3. Third call going over the final version of the resume and cover letter.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a former hiring manager at a crypto exchange, I reviewed numerous resumes and noticed common mistakes that prevented many individuals from securing a job. These mistakes were often simple to rectify. Motivated by a desire to contribute my knowledge and expertise to the community, I founded Resume Hackers.
