This is one of the best experiences I have had with a contractor. Always communicated always responded to phone calls or text. Handled everything from HOA to permitting. Reasonably price and upfront with all costs. No surprises. The windows are excellent quality. I will hire again to finish the windows in the rest of the home.

The entire Hurricane Window process from beginning to end deserves five stars. 1st scheduling: Blaine McDevitt, the person to come and give us the quote was fast and easy. He was professional, answered all our questions, and we had many, showed us recommendations and different pricing options. They also offered many ways to pay and made it easy for us to choose our payment method. They took care of all the submitting for permits with the county. Once the windows were ready to be installed, Mirla Fernandez called and gave me several dates to choose from. They explained to me in detail the process. Lazaro, the installer arrived at my house prior to the time scheduled. The team removed the old windows, recycled them, and installed the new windows and doors in two half days. I had a four panel sliding door and three upstairs windows replaced They worked very efficiently. The end product was better than I expected. They left everything clean and the caulking around the windows looks perfect. The Project Manager Andres was on site and took care of the permit inspection, which passed with flying colors! I will recommend FL Solar and Air to anybody.

I am really happy with my experience with Florida Solar & Air. The guys were professional and trustworthy. A couple things got broken but they were replaced and I am being reimbursed for a cracked window (an older one where they had replaced some window sills separate from the windows that were replaced.Anyway, they are a trustworthy company. They have an A+ rating with the BBB. That means a lot to me. I really love the look and maneuverability of my new windows and front door.Thanks so much to Jaime who is an incredible project manager. He made sure everything was done right and and helped it along as well. He is so kind and professional. He is a very nice guy. Thank you to Marla for planning out the visits from the installers. By the way, they are always punctual. I have never seen with the amount of people and coordination...that everything was on time. When they say they will call or be at your house, they will.

I had both my roof and windows replaced by FS&A. Antonio, the project manager for the roof, was very professional, provided timely updates and answered all my questions and concerns. The workers worked hard and efficiently and did not leave until everything was cleaned up. Jaime, the project manager for the windows was also very polite and helpful and kept me informed. He also answered all of my questions and concerns. David, the windowinstaller, is a hard worker and also very polite and thorough. Thank you guys for a job well done. I highly recommend FS&A.

I am impressed with several things with Florida Home 360. #1 They are open every day. During the week, they are available to talk to 13 hours per day. Not sure about Saturday but Sunday you can call them 8 hours on that day. #2 Jaime is so professional. He is very ethical and takes his Project Manager position seriously. He made sure my Mom was happy with the job. He even fixed some minor things which I believe are outside his responsibility. He is one of the good guys in this industry. #3 The employees are all super punctual. This is the almost unreal part Imagine, a company calls when they say they will and they show up on time. From the sales pitch from Terri to Mirla setting up appointments to Jaime and the installers. Everything was done when promised. They value their customers' time.Now there are a couple minor things that went wrong. In fact, the installers informed Mom before she even knew there was an issue. They took responsibility and replaced what went wrong. The company is also reimbursing her for something else. Anyone can make a mistake but it takes a very ethical company to make things right for the customer. This is without even asking. They just do the right thing. The windows and front door look great. Thank you Jaime and the four installers who worked so hard. You all rock!
