Training with Coach Ricky has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. He is extremely professional, patient, and very serious about technique. He doesn’t just run you through drills he explains the “why” behind every move and corrects every small detail so you actually improve. Ricky knows how to push you hard while still keeping training fun and motivating. You can feel his experience and passion for Muay Thai in every session. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, he always finds the right level and makes sure you leave the gym better than you came in. I have been training Muay Thai with Coach Ricky since the beginning of the year and I honestly could not ask for a better coach. His teaching style is clear, disciplined, and adaptable, whether you are brand new or experienced. Every session is high energy, focused, and purposeful, and you can feel how much he genuinely cares about the art and his students' progress. He pushes you to be better without ego and takes the time to make sure technique is done right. You leave every session tired, sharper, and motivated to come back. Highly recommend training with him if you are serious about learning Muay Thai the right way.

One of the only qualified trainers in Muay Thai and boxing who actually makes the sessions fun and challenging including for those who are new and just starting out. I always feel challenged and feel like I’m really gaining so much knowledge and improved technique! I feel empowered and stronger with my sessions and I always look forward to them.
