Responded quickly and followed up to schedule work. Reasonable price and quality cleaning of upholstery & tiles.
Emilio was very pleasant, worked hard and cleaned up well.
Jhon responded right away and was able to get the job done the same day. My sofa looks amazing and many of the stains were taken out. Would recommend and use again!

John the owner was easy to deal with, and his estimate was very competitive. Emilio, came by on time, was very professional, did an excellent job. Could not be happier, the couch and chairs look like new!!!
Needed a couch cleaner because I recently moved and my couch got destroyed. I thought I needed to buy a new couch but I hired Alchemy and it looks brand new!! So so happy.

I always offer discount for the first service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have deferents, that depend of situation, sometime the carpet need vape others need dry wash, based in my experience I decide at the inspection moment which proves is better.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I ve been working in Upholstery Cleaning, carpet cleaning since 2006 that's means 15 years experience. The customer can be confident that we gonna make an excellent job.
