FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in honest, upfront pricing. We use flat-rate pricing, so you’ll know the full cost of the job before any work begins. This means no hourly guessing or surprise charges. Estimates are free for most standard services. For advanced diagnostics such as camera inspections or complex troubleshooting like leak detections, a diagnostic fee may apply and will always be explained in advance. We proudly offer military and senior discounts as a thank-you for your service and support. Discounts must be mentioned at the time of booking and cannot be combined with other promotions. We occasionally offer seasonal or service-specific discounts, and we always let customers know if any promotions apply. We don’t believe in upselling or hidden fees; just fair pricing for professional, licensed plumbing work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial contact & scheduling Once you reach out, we respond promptly to gather details about the issue and schedule a convenient appointment. 2. On-site evaluation A licensed plumber arrives on time, evaluates the problem, and explains what’s going on in clear, simple terms. 3. Upfront pricing & options We provide an upfront, flat-rate price before any work begins and go over your options so you can make an informed decision. 4. Professional repair or installation After approval, we complete the work efficiently using proper materials and proven methods, while protecting your home and keeping the work area clean. 5. Final walkthrough & guarantee We review the completed work with you, answer any questions, and provide warranty or guarantee details before payment is collected. Our goal is to make the entire process simple, transparent, and stress-free from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
