After hiring another plumber to address a plumbing problem, I was disappointed when the issue was not actually resolved, spending a lot of money for repairs that were not needed. I decided to get a second opinion, and I’m very glad I did.
Michael took the time to properly inspect the situation, explained what was causing the problem, and clearly outline what needed to be done. He guided me on how to get this resolved, and explained how to address it with the other company which I regret hiring originally.
Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend this company, especially if you’ve already had work done and the problem hasn’t been fixed. Getting a second opinion made a big difference, and I’m grateful to have found someone who actually gave me answers that made sense.
I will not be using any other plumbing company from now on. Michael truly gained my trust.

Yesterday July 16, as I was showering, water started leaking downstairs. I immediately turned the water off. When I went down stairs there was a huge bubble on the soffit leaking to the floor. I used the Thumbtack APP and was given 3 plumbers providing 24 hour service. I contacted all three and the first one to reply was Pipe Héroes Plumbing. Michael contacted me within 10 minutes. He said Brandon Camareno would be at my house in 20 minutes. Brandon arrived on time and got to work right away to find the origin of the leak. Of course he had to dig through the soffit, explaining everything he was doing and showing us. He determined where the leak was coming from. He confirmed there is no threat to the electrical wiring. We have an appointment for Tuesday to remove the shower pan and install a new one correctly. Brandon is wonderful he is professional as well as his responsiveness to our questions and concerns. Brandon’s work ethics are above reproach. He was very conscious about the mess the situation was causing, working as neatly and efficiently as possible. Estimates are free for most standard services. For advanced diagnostics such as camera inspections or complex troubleshooting like leak detections, a diagnostic fee may apply and will always be explained in advance.
We proudly offer military and senior discounts as a thank-you for your service and support. Discounts must be mentioned at the time of booking and cannot be combined with other promotions.
