I had an extremely disturbing experience with this housekeeper. She was scheduled to work a full day but after only 3 hours, she insisted on leaving early. When I reminded her of the agreement, she became hostile, cursed at me, and called me names. She refused to leave my home until I paid her for an entire day of work she did not complete. I was verbally abused in my own home, and the situation felt incredibly unsafe. Security came up to my unit from all the noise. This was by far the most unprofessional interaction I have ever had with a service provider. Do NOT hire—protect your home and your peace.
