Proterra did what no other company has been able to do - close every opening and keep the rats out of our attic! It's now 5 years later and happy to report we have not had any occurrence of rodents in the attic. I have also recommended their services to friends, and they are also satisfied.

A specialist came to the house and checked the room in question where the bed bugs were found. He used a very potent light but couldn't find any bugs. Domingo said to call him back if the bugs returned. We used a home remedy but called this company to fumigate the room, but the specialist thought it was better to do it when bugs were present. We found his behavior very honest; which is not common these days. Will hire this company for sure if is needed.

Butch showed up on time same day and diagnosed a very tough problem (locating source of fly infestation) - which included entering attic and crawlspace. Very knowledgeable and professional. Much better service than the typical company that will just "spray and pray" or offer guesses.
