The team was professional, clean, and took their time to make sure everything went well.Santi, the owner, personally came out to the house. He took the time to walk me through all my options, answered every question I had, and gave me real peace of mind throughout the process. I never felt pressured, just informed and comfortable with my decisions.Its not easy finding a company you can truly trust with a big investment like impact windows and doors, but these guys delivered. Highly recommend them to anyone in the Miami/Kendall area looking for quality work and great service. The pricing was also the best out of 4 quotes I received which was another plus!!

So a few years ago we took on the huge task of building our dream home as owner builder. When it came time for windows and doors we started quoting and interviewing various companies. We were recommended Sapphire Home Improvementby a mutual friend and it was hands-down one of the best decisions we made during the entire project. From the very first site visit, they were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Santiago took the time to understand our vision for the house, offered recommendations on energy-efficient low E options that perfectly matched our design and that worked with our plans, timeline and budget . Santiago gave honest, expert advice that made the process much less stressful then we anticipated, especially in regards to permitting.Installation went just as smooth. Santiago was in constant communication and the windows went in without an issue. Water proofing was done with top quality materials (dowsil and Sika) and color matched to our windows. The photos speak for themselves. We be calling them back for any future needs without hesitationthank you for helping making our dream house a reality!Highly recommend11/10!
