Our Property maintenance / Handyman services include: - Minor Carpentry (Drywall , Door Installation ) - Furniture & Equipment Assembly - Minor Repairs - Minor Demo - Junk Hauling - Minor Electrical - Minor Plumbing - Carpet removal - Painting & patching - Minor Landscaping - Hardware installation ( Door Knobs , Ceiling fan , Faucets & More) - House Cleaning & Commercial Cleaning - Pressure Cleaning -TV mounting - We also set up maintenance contracts with accommodating budgets (this is ideal for Airbnb owners, Business orders , Property managers , landowners and etc). We are a full service company and offer 100% fee transparency to all our clients. The only estimates we provide are the hours that will take to complete the job .We charge for service call at our hourly rate it’s waived if hired .We do not include material costs in any of our jobs. Client is responsible for any and all material costs .

Very great work! My new go-to guys for all things that needs to be done around the house. Pops and Jr. did an awesome job on installing the doors to my house. Jr. was very entertaining, guy is fun and funny. Can’t wait for them to do my next job.

It's too much to type. But I will try to simplify: he didn't finish job and made so many mistakes. Not sure he knows what he's doing. 1. Didn't bring ladder asked to use mine 2. Started on a Tues and quit being not finished on Sat at 8pm when quote was for 2 projects 5 hrs and 7 hrs. 3. My front door is still laying in garage not finished. Painted both sides black when he was only to paint the front of door. So tried to take it off and that is why after 5 days it is still sitting in my garage. 4. Continued to use things of mine. Went through some packing bags in garage and used some bubblewrap. 5. Tried to put small ceiling fan on third garage side where garage door opener cables were hanging down instead of where the light was.. He was going to cut cables if I hadn't come out and stopped him. 6. Called me a liar and tried to push everything off as my fault. 7. On his phone all the time. 8. Can't manage time. For one day he was in garage watching paint dry on door and on his phone instead of painting a coat and then starting something else. 9. So much more like bringing his wife to the job and the first time she pulled up too far in drive way and broke one of my pots. The 2nd time was Sat as she sat in car with baby while ge wirked and then she ran up driveway with her baby yelling at me to stop yelling at her husband that he had worked hard and I hadnt paid a dime and I agreed with her worked hard on not finishing anything. And i was not aware i was to pay till finished. I have attached some pics that he sent new invoices for for more than what original ones were and he isnt even finished and didnt clean....lol

Ms. Dawn is an absolute nightmare to work with . This women is flat out trying to scam us from not paying for a completed job . Dawn is rude , disrespectful and inappropriate. She adds last minute changes and I have to stay longer and longer . I haven’t been able to work in peace her place is giving “hoarder” and it’s impossible to work around or move things around to work . She talks all day to me and I kindly listen but then She yells at me for whatever reason . I feel personally victimized by Dawn . She should take pictures of before and after of the list of items completed one by one . Instead of showing pictures that are not a true representation of the construction completed . We have never had a client like this before or a poor review or experience. And we hope to never get one like this again . We just would like to get compensation for everything completed.

I am a snowbird. They did a great job of cleaning. I love coming in to a clean place after it has been closed up. It smelled clean and fresh.
