I travel to Florida frequently and I like to keep my training momentum going wherever I am. Kevin is excellent! He always works to accommodate my travel schedule. He really takes his craft seriously and you can tell that he knows his stuff once he gets you in the gym. I always have a great workout. I wish I could take him back to MI with me!

My process with a new athlete is to figure out their needs. How exactly how i can help them & in what way will I approach their body to reach the goals we plan & set for.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a NCSF certification(I'd be more than happy to show anyone my certificate).
