Suzanne and Real PropertyManagement Genesis are fantastic propertymanagers. If you have an investment property and are tired of "managing" it yourself, they can take the day to day responsibility of finding and screening tenants and then handling their complaints and repair requests of your hands. And they do it for a reasonable fee that still allows you to make a profit.

There are lots of companies out there claiming to be propertymanagement experts so it was hard to decide who to choose. But Real PropertyManagement stood out because they are they country's largest and most reputable propertymanagement experts. This gave me reassurance. I live in New Jersey so I needed someone who would look after my property as if it were their own, and they did that.

Our pricing is competitive with property managers in the area, however with us, you benefit from the added value of 25 years of experience from the nation’s leading property management company. We offer a variety of pricing plans for (long-term) residential leases. Choose the one that best suits your needs.
Gold Package: 65% Leasing Fee + 11.9% Mgmt Fee
Silver Package: 85% Leasing Fee + 9.9% Mgmt Fee
Lease Only: 100% of 1 month's rent

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We assess the customer needs first to ensure we are a mutually good fit THEN we assess the property to ensure you are optimizing your return on investment. If there is mutual agreement, we then review the entire management agreement prior to signing off.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a licensed real estate professionals duly registered by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation
