I can definitely work with clients on prices/offers/discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to visit the location and hear from the customer what they would like and also like to make some suggestions based on budget, timing, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked on the field for several years. Expertise in detailed work, as I used to work for a luxury community, as well as servicing warehouses and apartment complexes.
