- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try our hardest to be fair on our pricing. Most estimates that are given from the online format are not precise. I will give the customer a general idea and then when we are on site give an actual quote before starting work. We want this to be as enjoyable of a situation for the customer as it is for us.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our lead Tech Buckett grew up doing construction, mechanics, and plumbing.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with customers from commercial to home owners and renters. From high income to low income. There is always some middle ground that we can meet on.
