- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing will be determined when we come out to the property to evaluate the roof and what type of service you are looking for. Repairs and replacements will both vary based on size of roof, type of material, as well as many other factors. That's why we recommend a FREE roof inspection so we can accurately estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact the customer to schedule an appointment so we can come out to the home and look at what is needed. At that time we will email you our credentials such as licenses, insurance, and review information. Next, We will be on time to our FREE inspection and take photos and document the roofing system while meeting to discuss clients wants and needs. Finally, within 24 hours of your inspection you will receive a detailed estimate explained the work and materials that will be used on your roofing system

We wanted to extend our level of professionalism to clients who are looking for comfort and ease when it comes to hiring a contractor.
