When I say heaven sent Yvette and her staff are the most amazing team of women in Jacksonville. She handled all 3 years of my tax returns and I was already embarrassed of not being on track however she made me feel great and that I was in the right place.She was able to get my taxes on track and o am now using her for all my business quarterly needs. I would recommend her to ALL OF JACKSONVILLE

I’m am a business owner.. one week before taxes were due my tax preparer told me that she could not do my taxes. I knew it was due to her laziness. She basically told me to do them my self.. something I have never done before
I went to pick up my receipts which there were a lot! drove home crying in my car.. asking God to help me.. I google thumbtack , universal was the first to pop up .. I called and this sweet voice heard me in Stress I started crying .. She said to me please don’t cry , don’t worry we are hear to help you , so dry your eyes every thing is going to be ok.she said.. I told her what had happen . The next day I was in Evette’s office !! What a blessing
The office was very clean and welcoming from the receptionist Martha to the all the accounts . My taxes were done in just a few days .. Now I have found an accountant I will keep for ever.. I will also recommend my friends and family .. most of all I encourage Thumbtack customers who are looking .. You will not go wrong choosing

All I call say is that this have been the best experience I have ever had getting my taxes prepared. The office was very organized, professional employees and Yvette was great.If youre looking for a tax preparer, or a accounting professional Universal is where you need to go.
