I outlined the job and what what needed to be done. We scheduled a date and time. The plumber showed up in a personal vehicle with all supplies in his trunk and back seat. The plumber started the project and realized he was over his head and could not do the job. Not all piping was removed and nothing new was installed. The plumber did not know how to install the joules products I had. So instead of him continuing we called it as I no longer felt comfortable for him doing the job. He wanted to get paid $150 but I didn’t want to even pay him anything as this was so botched. I gave him a $100 to avoid issues. So now I have a botched 2x4 bracing damaged, old plumbing still there and damaged dry wall from the water that was not caught when the water was turned off. Very upset about this and not happy at all. I then had to run to Lowe’s to buy caps so I could turn the water back on. I will not be using anyone else off of this app.
