I purchased a home warranty that did not hold their end of the deal. After being super frustrated, I reached out to Perez after seeing all of the reviews & I am so grateful that we did! Perez made the exception of coming out to my home that evening with no question. Within 10 mins of him being there we had a diagnostic, a quote & game plan. My water heater was fixed within 12 of hours of the entire interaction. The language barrier was the least of our worries as we had the translator app on our phone. He also had his admin texting us updates in real time. Please hire him! He is your guy! Thank you Perez for everything. You guys were a life saver!!

Perez was on time to address my water heater leak issue. Not only he fixed it, he actually made it much easier for future maintenance or emergencies.
