I needed to have my hot water heater in the garage replaced and found Perez Plumbing on Thumbtack. From the 2-3 other plumbing companies I had contacted, they gave me a very reasonable offer and almost immediate availability. Kevin came out to do the job. He assessed the situation, saw the unit that needed replacing, drained all the water out into the street, went and got the new unit, disconnected and took out the old unit, and replaced it with the new one. He left no mess, took the old one, cleaned the whole area and left it better looking than it was before. I am very happy with the outcome.

I forgot to write a review about this company. The did excellent job. My sink dropped down. I sent the message at 10pm that night they were out the next day by 9am and fixed the issues. Great company and would hire them again.
