I needed to have my hot water heater in the garage replaced and found Perez Plumbing on Thumbtack. From the 2-3 other plumbing companies I had contacted, they gave me a very reasonable offer and almost immediate availability. Kevin came out to do the job. He assessed the situation, saw the unit that needed replacing, drained all the water out into the street, went and got the new unit, disconnected and took out the old unit, and replaced it with the new one. He left no mess, took the old one, cleaned the whole area and left it better looking than it was before. I am very happy with the outcome.

Impressed! Our showers were leaking and the faucets needed replaced. I will use them for all our plumbing needs in the future. I was quoted an outrageous price from one of these big name companies and they were unreasonable. I forgot to write a review about this company. The did excellent job. My sink dropped down. I sent the message at 10pm that night they were out the next day by 9am and fixed the issues. Great company and would hire them again.

Fortunately, I discovered a leak under my kitchen sink last night and realized it was coming from my garbage disposal. I immediately got on Thumbtack and requested a plumber for this morning. D' Perez Plumbing responded immediately and scheduled me for 9 am. They arrived before 9 am and quickly diagnosed the problem: my garbage disposal needed to be replaced with a new one. They purchased the new one from Lowe's and returned to install it. They did a great job installing the new one for a reasonable price. The only drawback was the language barrier in communicating since they only speak Spanish. I would definitely use them again for a small job or in an emergency situation. Thank you!
