Fortunately, I discovered a leak under my kitchen sink last night and realized it was coming from my garbage disposal. I immediately got on Thumbtack and requested a plumber for this morning. D' Perez Plumbing responded immediately and scheduled me for 9 am. They arrived before 9 am and quickly diagnosed the problem: my garbage disposal needed to be replaced with a new one. They purchased the new one from Lowe's and returned to install it. They did a great job installing the new one for a reasonable price. The only drawback was the language barrier in communicating since they only speak Spanish. I would definitely use them again for a small job or in an emergency situation. Thank you!

Perez was on time to address my water heater leak issue. Not only he fixed it, he actually made it much easier for future maintenance or emergencies. Although language was a barrier it didn’t stop him from providing a solution that keeps homeowner at peace. He went above and beyond in finding a solution that could avoid future headaches.
