I needed a water softener replaced. They had to remove the old one and install a new one I had already bought. Dunell and his coworker were great. They knew what they were doing and they did it professionally and quickly. I was not overcharged or tricked. There was the "drip-pan" that needed replacing. He told me which one was the better deal, went to Home Depot and got it and he showed me the receipt and the amount he added to the original charge was exactly what he paid for the piece to the penny. Even at the end when they were all done and the garage door wouldn't close they tried to help me to get it closed and even repositioned the softener so that it sat into the garage more. I appreciate their hard-work, honesty, friendliness, timeliness and their professionalism. I was using another company that disappointed me at the last minute and I had to call around to get someone else. Dunell and his company did the job and for 1/3 less than the company I was going to originally use before they lied to me. And they showed up on time. Even when they had to reposition the softener they were not upset or annoyed and they told me it was ok and not a problem and they were genuinely smiling. They are my new go to plumbing company. Thank you Dunell!

Absolutely Amazing!!!! Extremely satisfied and highly recommend D’Perez Plumbing. Responded immediately to a night time call and was there early morning and resolved a tub leaking down to first floor. Five stars!!!

Your prices are quite reasonable in today's economy. Again, I thank you for an EXCELLENT and all around experience. I had two existing toilets removed and replaced with high seat toilets. D’Perez Plumbing I needed an emergency plumbing service that required immediate repair. As it is customary for me in these cases, I went straight to the Thumbtack app on my phone to do some research on prospective plumbers to hire. I went through a few of them until I came across one that really caught my attention. It had excellent reviews, and I decided to give it a shot. Boy, oh boy am I glad I did. He replied right away, and he gave me several options on the times he was available to take the job. We communicated via text, like most people do nowadays. The date and time were chosen. He was punctual, cordial, and courteous. He assessed the problem and gave recommendations on what the best solution to the problem was. He also was straightforward regarding the labor cost, and as the ad stated there was not an upfront charge. He completed the job in a truly efficient manner and left the place clean. I highly recommend him for any of your plumbing repairs. You will not regret it. I asked him for his business card so I could recommend it to my friends if they ever need a great honest plumber.
