I called David Gray for kitchen drain problem where water was not draining. It keeps backing up. The plumber identified the problem and said it has to run snake wire from roof top and it will be expensive for $600. I thought this work may take a long time maybe more than an hour. But they finished the work in less than 10 minutes and charged me $600. I found out form another plumber that it does not cost more than $250. These people are too expensive. DO NOT hire them unless if it is too emergency and cannot find any other plumber.

We offer our customers the best possible price we can for their home and issue and give them the option to proceed with service or not. There will be no surprises at the end of the job, and you can rest assured knowing that job we have completed will exceed your expectations. Also, most companies will give you a low-ball price to get into your home and once the tech gets there and evaluates the situation, they might have to raise the price based on their onsite inspection.
