I found Michael Shepard from Apex Premier through Thumbtack and hired him to install my washer and dryer at my home in Jacksonville. Michael responded right away and was able to come out the same day, which I really appreciated. He installed both machines, made sure all the connections were correct, and thoroughly tested everything to ensure they were working perfectly. What really impressed me was his professionalism and attention to detail. He took the time to make sure everything was installed properly and that everything was functioning exactly as it should before he left. If you’re in the Jacksonville area and need help with appliance installation. I would absolutely recommend Michael Shepard and Apex Premier. Excellent service and very professional.

Michael was very professional and punctual! He helped me out a great deal and worked very patiently and diligently to make sure everything worked correctly and was installed properly and flush! He does top tier work! I highly recommend and will be utilizing him again for future appliances.

Michael was absolutely awesome to work with! Super friendly and was knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He was able to understand my problem and helped me get things going in the right direction. He pays attention to the small details which was greatly appreciated as a homeowner. I’m so happy to finally have my new fridge installed and so grateful to Michael for helping us get this done while others gave up at the first sign of things not going exactly as planned! I will for sure be a returning customer and I look forward to working with Michael in the future for other home projects. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone that needs his services.
