After purchasing a new dishwasher, I discovered it needed to be hard-wired. Unfortunately, the big-box store that sold it to me refused to perform the installation because it was hard-wired. I contacted Michael, and he responded almost immediately, assuring me it would not be a problem.
From start to finish, Michael was exceptional. He was incredibly responsive to every message, arrived exactly on time, and took the time to make sure the installation was done correctly and to my wife's satisfaction as well.
The installation was not straightforward because our cabinets were not properly aligned, but Michael carefully adjusted everything so the dishwasher fit and lined up perfectly. The finished installation is one of the best-quality jobs I have ever seen. Before leaving, he thoroughly checked and rechecked for leaks and made sure everything was operating flawlessly. To top it off, he even followed up the next day to make sure everything was still working perfectly.
While he was here, I asked if he could also install a new gas cooktop that needed to be converted to propane. Without hesitation, he said it would be no problem. I have already ordered the cooktop, and he is coming back to install it.
It is rare to find someone who is this knowledgeable, professional, meticulous, and customer-focused. If you need any applianceinstallation work, do not hesitate to contact Michael. He is a true expert at what he does, and I recommend him without reservation!

Michael was outstanding. He asked great questions before I agreed to hire him and he arrived on schedule and was very experienced with every aspect of the installation. Cleaned up all the packing debris and hauled away the old combo microwave/oven at no extra charge. I will hire him again if I have another applianceinstallation project

Pricing is very competitive but fair. Will work with you on pricing especially if doing multiple installs. Willing to negotiate if modifications are necessary!

Discuss job details in full, pricing the job, checking the customers availability then scheduling the installation.
