Michael was outstanding. He asked great questions before I agreed to hire him and he arrived on schedule and was very experienced with every aspect of the installation. Cleaned up all the packing debris and hauled away the old combo microwave/oven at no extra charge. I will hire him again if I have another appliance installation project
