Hello, I’m Michael and the owner of Premier Home Installations!!
I run an independent, third-party contract delivering and installing appliances for multiple major big box retailers.
I am certified in low voltage electric, natural gas installations, water damage mitigation and have a basic plumbing certification.
I offer professional and certified installation services pertaining to all types of appliances: cooktops, double ovens, range hoods, dishwashers, OTR’s, and gas appliances.
Also, we mount tv’s, install fitness equipment, do various assembling and different types of deliveries.

Michael of Premier Home Installations installed our full kitchen off appliances by himself. He was very thorough, courteous and professional. He even used a skid plate or floor protector to protect our hard wood floors. He installed our KitchenAid Fridge, KitchenAid Dishwasher, KitchenAid Gas Range and the KitchenAid OTR. Fabulous experience. Would recommend to anyone!

The owner himself showed up to install my dishwasher and also installed my OTR. My dishwasher is about three cabinets over from the sink so Home Depot wouldn’t even attempt it uninstall even though I got it from there. He extended the water supply line and the drain to reach under the sink. Very impressive! Also, for the OTT install, we previously had a hard wired range hood so he had to convert that to a 110 outlet up top in the cabinet to supply power for the OTR. Great guy, very knowledgeable and would recommend. Thanks again Michael 5*
