- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service call fee starts from $70 and it will be waived if you proceed with the repair. After the diagnostics technician will provide the estimate for the repair before any works start.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you have an obvious problem, can provide pictures and the model number so we can try to provide online estimate for the repair. But the right way is to schedule an appointment and let technician inspect the unit to confirm the issue. Service call fee starts from $70. Additional cost can be applied for stackable/combo washer and dryers, built in ovens, hard access units, second technician help needed, commercial and HiEnd appliances. All details will be discussed before schedule an appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We try to follow up all major brands new models work classes. All technicians are acknowledged how to work on all type of kitchen and laundry appliances from basic models to HiEnd units.
