Arrived right on time, and kept in touch with me before my appointment. Diagnosed the problem quickly. Actually left to get the part I needed and fixed the washer in no time at all. Pricing was fair and I will use GW Appliance again if needed!

Gregory was able to come out last Friday. He quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the part (naturally, the part my washer needed was the one part he didn't have!). He called me the next Monday to tell me he received the part, then came late in the afternoon to fix the washer. I am grateful he came so quickly once the part was received - he really demonstrated a sense of urgency on my behalf. Not only is Gregory competent and fair in his pricing, he is also a very nice man with a high level of integrity. He is the FIRST person I will call whenever ANY of my appliances acts up and I encourage everyone to do the same! Highest praise, Gregory!

Gregory was quick to respond to my request, he arrived on time, seemed very knowledgeable on all appliances. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my icemaker and went to get parts, returned in a short time and fixed it. Price was very reasonable and I am very happy with his work. Would hire him again.
