Greg arrived on time & within a couple of minutes had diagnosed the source of our problem. Arrived at 9AM ... went for parts ... job done by 10:30AM. Refrigerator works better than it has in months. Could not have asked for better service.

Gregory was quick to respond to my request, he arrived on time, seemed very knowledgeable on all appliances. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my icemaker and went to get parts, returned in a short time and fixed it. Price was very reasonable and I am very happy with his work. Would hire him again.

Gregory was able to come out last Friday. He quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the part (naturally, the part my washer needed was the one part he didn't have!). He called me the next Monday to tell me he received the part, then came late in the afternoon to fix the washer. I am grateful he came so quickly once the part was received - he really demonstrated a sense of urgency on my behalf. Not only is Gregory competent and fair in his pricing, he is also a very nice man with a high level of integrity. He is the FIRST person I will call whenever ANY of my appliances acts up and I encourage everyone to do the same! Highest praise, Gregory!
