If I could leave more than 5 Stars I definitely would! These days its difficult to find a reputable repair place that doesn't rip you off or lie to you. Harrison Brothers is the real deal. I have used them twice and have not been disappointed. Michael is the absolute BEST. He's professional, knowledgeable and will tell you the straight up truth whether you should repair or replace so you can make an informed decision. Call them -- you won't be disappointed!

The technician came by on a Sunday morning and found that a part was needed to complete the job. He returned first thing Monday morning and was done within 2 hours. I was able to start using the repaired appliance immediately and I'm super happy that it didn't need to be replaced!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $99 for a service charge to come and diagnose for our Thumbtack customers. If we complete the job, it's only parts and labor.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make sure our customers are informed about what is happening and what is being done to their precious appliance throughout the entire appliance repair process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff has over 10 years of experience and has gone through appliance repair training. We also take advanced education classes to stay up to date with new technologies and repair tips.
