- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $85 for a service charge to come and diagnose for our Thumbtack customers. If we complete the job, it's only parts and labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make sure our customers are informed about what is happening and what is being done to their precious appliance throughout the entire appliance repair process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff has over 10 years of experience and has gone through appliance repair training. We also take advanced education classes to stay up to date with new technologies and repair tips.
