FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since 1994, my mission is to provide quality legal services, the value of which far exceeds my expense. my firm is not the low-cost leader, and I will lose most comparisons based solely on price. I am not expensive by comparison, but I charge enough to pay the best paralegals and assistants what they deserve. We do offer (a) no money down payment plans and (b) discounts if you pay upfront. Hands down, we provide the best value, given our experience and expertise.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer an initial free consultation to discuss your specific legal circumstances. I am extremely thorough and pride myself on solving the most complex of legal problems. I am often told after my initial consultation that I provided the most complete information in comparison to other lawyers consulted prior to me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a warrior for the middle class since graduating from Stetson University College of Law in 1992. I have represented 10,000 people facing debt problems. I founded two bankruptcy and consumer protection firms, and I've signed more bankruptcy petitions than most any other lawyer. I have defended approximately 700 foreclosure cases, and I have collected well in excess of $1,000,000 in damages for our clients who have suffered from illegal debt collection practices.
