We make it easy and enjoyable to plan your event bar service. Here’s how we work with new clients: 📞 Initial Inquiry Reach out via phone, email, or our contact form with your event details—date, location, guest count, and vision. 🗓️ 1:1 Planning Session We’ll schedule a quick call or Zoom to discuss your event and customize your drink menu, setup needs, and any extra services (like food help or cleanup). 📄 Quote & Contract You’ll receive a personalized quote and simple contract that outlines everything—no hidden fees! 🛒 Shopping List & Drink Calculator We provide a detailed shopping list (since FL is a dry-hire state), plus tools to help you buy just the right amount of alcohol and mixers. 🍹 Event Day Service We arrive early to set up, bring all the bar tools and materials (except alcohol), serve your guests with a smile, and help with light cleanup at the end.
