- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To make everything easy and stress-free, here’s my typical process when working with a new client: 1) Quick Details When you message me, I’ll ask a few quick questions so I can give you an accurate quote: • Date + start/end time • Location • Estimated guest count • Service style (beer/wine only vs cocktails) 2) Quote + Recommendation I’ll send a clear quote and help you choose the best option for your event (simple bar service vs craft cocktails / fresh fruit / mixers). 3) Booking Confirmation Once we agree on the plan, I’ll confirm everything in writing: • Address + event time • Guest count estimate • What you’re providing vs what I’m bringing • Total price / package details 4) Event Prep Checklist I’ll send a simple checklist so nothing gets missed (alcohol, bar space/table, ice needs, cups/glassware, etc.). 5) 48-Hour Check-In I’ll message you 1–2 days before the event just to confirm final details and make sure everything is ready to go. 6) Arrival + Setup I arrive early (typically 30–45 minutes) to set up a clean, organized station and get everything ready before guests arrive. 7) Bartending Service I provide fast, professional, guest-friendly service throughout the event and keep the bar running smooth. 8) Clean Breakdown At the end, I’ll clean up my area and pack up neatly so everything looks great when I leave. 9) Review (Optional but Appreciated!) If you loved the experience, a quick Thumbtack review helps me a lot and is always appreciated. 📩 Send me your event details anytime — I’m happy to help and I’ll respond quickly!
