- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a new customer, I want to get a clear idea of the type of event they’re having. I try to feel out their vibe and ask questions so I fully understand what is expected of me and how I can provide and accommodate what they are looking for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In 2017 I took 2 weeks of classes to receive my Bartending & Mixologist Certification from Florida Bartending School. I have 7 years of experience bartending at Big Crab (sports bar), Fogo de Chao (upscale restaurant), Flashdancers & Thee Officer’s Club (Adult entertainment bars), Residence Inn by Marriott (hotel), Delaware North (TIAA Bank Stadium-Jags games & events), Kamiya86 (Upscale sushi restaurant), Bar Masters (private events), Medusa Restaurant & Lounge (nightclub). With my experience in a variety of environments, I’m able to adapt and productively interact with different types of characters.
