I waited to write this review until a torrential rain to confirm that Peter did a great job! We had him fix our leaky screened-in porch roof. It was not a standard job as a prior tenant had done some "handy work" further damaging the roof. Peter gave a reasonable estimate, the service was prompt and professional. And it doesn't leak!! Very happy customers!

Peter went to great lengths to help me with the repair cost and explain to me about molding because I had little hope of a low cost repair bill and trusting someone to not just take my funds. Peter turn my head ace, my stress around as soon as he started the job. Low price and seal the walls back up as if there was no problems. Mr Peter is someone you can trust with cost and making sure the work is done. Mr. Peter will go a long way in life because of his excellent quality service.

If you need a variety of things repaired, and are a layman such as myself, contact Peter. He will evaluate and tell you exactly what needs done. His response time to do the work was within ten days, even though he had a full schedule and two family emergencies. His estimate came in under his initial quote, and we are extremely pleased with the quality of the finished room. My husband and I will be calling on Peter for a number of other construction and mold issues we have found after ourchasing a 90 year old home. Give him a call. You'll be glad you did.

Each project is unique and therefore we are unable to offer a standard pricing model. We do work with various types of clients and are able to accommodate various project and finance goals.

Our typical process for a new project includes discussing the project via telephone, assessing specific needs and budget on site, and developing a timeline for completion.

Our education and training are two things that separate us from others in our field. We are knowledgeable and experienced in various aspects of commercial and residential building construction, alarm systems and structured cabling, roofing, mold assessment and remediation, and real estate brokerage and sales.
