Within a couple of hours, there was a technician onsite diagnosing the problem. They notified me of the issue and told me they could resolve the problem that moment. Their pricing was very fair and I accepted. The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. I didn’t feel any “sales pitch” from him at all. I felt that he sincerely wanted to help resolve my issue. After it was all fixed, I called and spoke with their service manager. He thanked me for calling and gave me his direct number. They definitely seem to have an amazing culture! I would give them 5 out of 5 stars and would highly recommend them!!!"See more

The other companies were reluctant to quote because we live in a condo and our new AC required a crane to place the new unit on the roof. Mike came out the day after my first call, he was on the roof within ten minutes of being here and had a quote to us by 5:00 that same day. Mike then communicated a realistic turn around time and scheduled us for installation. They were on time the day of installation, and even put down drop cloths to protect our floors from the in and out traffic of his team. I was so impressed with the level of professionalism and service provided and highly recommend them to anyone needing AC services. I am also very pleased with the COOL new unit they installed.
