I have been a member of Jax Beach Bootcamp for over 2 yrs but Jeff has trained me for about 4 yrs. I have been doing TRX training with him for about a year now and it is my most favorite workout. Jeff is absolutely the best trainer and makes me feel comfortable in whatever new workout I'm learning (I have tried many of his workouts/classes over the yrs). He is knowledgable, trusting, passionate, and most importantly sincerely cares about his clients. I have tried TRX, ab classes, bootcamps, etc. at other places but his instruction is by far the best. He has very reasonable rates and is accommodating in scheduling.

Jeff is an outstanding trainer and his education in health & fitness is supreme. The workout programs are well designed and you will be satisfied with your results. The plans are reasonable and times can work into anyone's schedule. Loose weight, get toned, keep fit, whatever your goal is. It will work for you, as it did for me.

I have worked with Jeff for over 3 years. I have seen terrific results, especially with TRX. I am a runner that had a hip injury years ago. He has designed work-out plans that have helped rehab my hip, and kept me running. I would recommend using him to anyone.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Your trainer should look the part! If they are going to give you advice on how to workout and eat properly for maximal results, they better be a product of their service.
