I'd like to leave a glowing review about Cresent group Consulting, but, I have issues with one thing. We hired them for marketing strategy for our courier service, and they did a good job with that, and our numbers have gone up. But they told me to get rid of my logo and get another one. and that's not right. I designed the logo myself and I like it, and I'm not changing it. All I'm saying is that when you pay someone money to help you, then they got to help you, not critisize you. I'm not paying you to critisize me. I can get that for nothing.I know you people feel me on this too. So I'm saying I would have given them 5 stars except for that.

Chantelle was a pleasure to work with and very professional. She responded to all my email questions within an hour and I hired her for my business taxes and our personal tax filing. Chantelle was extremely knowledgeable with all aspects of the business and personal taxes. She covered items that I didn't even think of as a business expense. Chantelle will be reviewing our taxes from 2015 because I missed a few items with the business and she caught it. I highly recommend Chantelle and I will continue a working relationship with her to review the business taxes quarterly and then our yearly taxes. As my business grows I will be using Chantelle's Services more.
