1) Our system is different than most. We are not your traditional hot water extraction service. We use a proprietary method that uses very little water (3 gallons for a typical household) but is phenomenally effective and allows your carpet to be dry in no time because we haven’t pumped 50 or so gallons of water into your carpets.
2) Our staff really does care about providing excellent customer service. It’s not difficult to find a company that can clean your carpets, but it can be challenging to find a company that will treat you and your home with respect.
