We just used A1 for a large rehearsal dinner at our house. AJ and his crew were amazing! They delivered tables, chairs, coolers with ice early in the day so we could get a feel for set up and decorating. Not to mention getting the beer iced early. They came back later to start cooking the food (we had the Low Country Boil) and setting up. Everything was ready when the guests arrived and it all went off without a hitch. I was able to enjoy the party instead of worrying about everything. The food was delicious and they packed up any leftovers for me. AJ was so wonderful to work with, he helped me with so many last minute changes. He also made and brought food trays for the wedding party to have the next day while getting ready. We will definitely use them again!

A1 catered my sisters wedding. The food was so delicious, I made it a point to ask her who made the food (I typically never do that)... I'm usually never in a position where I can hire a caterer myself, but if I do, I keep A1 in mind.

They are great to work with. We used them several times. The food is wonderful. Would highly recommend using A 1 catering!!!!

We used A1 Catering for a fund raising dinner cruise we had back in February and people are still talking about excellent the food was. Very friendly and professional staff. When we have another event we will be using them again!

I hired A1 with less than 48 hours notice for a brunch on a Sunday. I loved the online ordering process. The food was delivered and set up on time and was absolutely delicious! My favorites were the tortilla chips and salsa and the chicken enchiladas! I will absolutely use A1 again!
