- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that my pricing will be fair every time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would first ask the customers what do they think is the issue with their system. The customer is with their system more then myself so any new noises or smells they would know. I would complete my diagnostic then educate the Customer on my findings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed HVAC Technical Training. Have 5 years of hands on experience.
