Our AC was acting up so I texted here what our issues were at about 8:30PM expecting a response sometime in the morning and long story short, had appt set for next day 12-1. I received text updates for arrival and he was here at 12:15. We just bought the house and not familiar with this unit. Our problem saw a sensor set too low but explained all he could to me as well as made sure it was performing up to standards. VERY PROFESSIONAL, REASONABLE and AFFORDABLE. I told him finding our AC guys was on my list, looking no further, these are your guys! Will hire again for sure! THANKS!

The technician (Steve) went above and beyond to make sure the installation was completed on the day it was scheduled despite plenty of challenges posed by the state of my existing installation that were not anticipated prior to the start of the job (e.g. thermostat wiring needed to be replaced).

Super Super pleased with these guys. We had a few AC companies come out to look at our issue, our AC unit wouldn’t turn OFF. They all recommended we just change the unit and write an $8,000 check. Jarod was very helpful and gave us several options on how to proceed. The issue ended up costing us $400 and the unit is tip top magoo. Would highly recommend, ask for Jarod!

I came home to my house 80 degrees, so I hopped on thumbtack and contacted David Taylor Air, responded quickly, gave him a call, he requested me to send a pic of the unit and he walked me through fixing the problem in less than 3 minutes! Real life saver, any future A/C problems I will be going through David Taylor Air!! 11/10 highly recommend
