- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give fair prices for great quality work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I discuss the scope of the job on the phone, via email or text (whichever works best for the customer) and if its something that we agree that I can do I will set up a time to personally visit the home and give a custom estimate that will be emailed to the customer by the end of the business day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in all fields of the home remodeling process for over 23 years. I have experience from the floors to the roof and everything in between. There isn't a job that is too big or too small for my company.
