- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts depending on the project size and scope. You will get better pricing if you (a) combine services and (b) contract for services in a bundle. The reason is simple -- we get better efficiencies when we do the work all at once, saving on trip charges, excess material shipping and handling, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always come out to review the scope of work with you. We review what you want to do, discuss your timeline for completion and may suggest additional items or alternatives you may have forgotten. For example, if you go from a electric tank water heater to electric tankless, you may not have anticipated additional electrical system costs to upgrade your wiring, water heater circuit breakers and maybe require an upgrade to your electrical panel box. Tankless electric water heaters require a significant increase in cabling and circuit panel changes because of their increased electrical demands. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Between the owner and the project manager, we have over 75 years of engineering, design, construction and remodeling experience, training and education.
