When i give a price include food,service and transport.

I like to know what they want ,allergies or special requests.I like the customers participate in the creation of the menu.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am being in the cooking business for 14 years,i did personal chef ,manager and chef in Spanish restaurant in St Augustine,work in Flager Hospital as a doctors chef,work in Club Corp downtown and now i have my own restaurant in Sprindfield Tapas Old World,i have a chef degree and food manager degree.
